Samir, Wissam and Adnan Joubran, three young Palestinian brothers. Each experienced different lifestyles, hold different personalities and point of views, but the Joubran brothers traditionally share the passion of playing the "Oud" instrument.

The caesarean birth of the new musical project "Trio Joubran" takes us to a journey from the heart of the family in Nazareth where we are introduced to the similarity and differences inside a family that has been inheriting the music and the making of musical instruments, to Ramallah city which is under siege where we live moments of hope and pain and the power of achieving some of the small dreams in a city that lives under no ordinary situation. The journey takes us to Paris in Europe where Palestine collides with the world.

Raed Andoni

Raed Andoni has been working in independent cinema since 1997 and has produced a number of award-winning documentaries such as, The Inner Tour, Live from Palestine, Invasion and others. His latest documentary “Improvisation” was awarded with the Art and Culture Award of the International Mediterranean Documentary by CMCA-France and RAI TV-Italy. Raed Andoni was a co-founder of Dar Films Production, an independent production company based in Ramallah, Palestine.
